flip flops every week hes been in office

Obama's lost over 2 million jobs since he took office, so somehow that adds up to 150,000 saved.

The number is unquantifiable — which means you can't tie "saved" jobs directly to the stimulus.

Understand while 150,000 jobs were supposedly saved, a few hundred thousand were lost.

Unemployment climbed again to 9.4% after he made his announcement.

Also understand very little of the "stimulus" money has been spent. So it's more likely he's blowing hot air to get people comfortable enough to spend again.

I am sure they get the report from some economist and they pick the best one like every president — but if they spent 3 trillion I would hope they at least save 150000 jobs — I wonder what that pay would be an hour — I am too lazy to do the work however

Let's see…if the banks had closed, and they would have, a significant number of jobs would have gone with them. The auto industry…same thing. This would have been direct job loss, but that's only a part of the story. Each of those industries has dozen of companies that act as support groups and suppliers, and each of the suppliers depend on other venders and suppliers and so on. 150,000 jobs could actually be a low number as the loss of a significant part of banking, insurance, and the auto manufacture would have a cascade effect similar to a black hole…who knows how many other jobs would have been sucked into oblivion. I know there's a bank in my town that the FDIC took over. The bank is still open and 15 people are still working…that's 1/10 of 1% of 150,000 right there. I believe there's an overuse of the words 'lie' and flip-flop going on here.
